Learn the basics of using Eplan Electric P8 for electrical documentation. From project creation and management to the creation of circuit diagrams, master data, device lists, and evaluations in accordance with current standards.

Gain a solid foundation in the use of Eplan Electric P8.

Who is this course aimed at?

You are active in electrical engineering or project planning. Your task includes the creation of electrical circuit diagram documentation and the creation of assembly-compatible manufacturing documents.

How long is the course?

Online seminars - 5 days.

Seminar requirements

An EPLAN user. Basic knowledge of PC, basic knowledge of Windows as well as basic electrical knowledge

What topics will I learn?

• Basics of project creation and management in EPLAN
• Customising the user interface and using project templates for an efficient start
• Creating circuit diagrams and fluid diagrams
• Using protective devices, PLCs, terminals, and cables in project planning
• Managing articles and master data with the EPLAN Data Portal
• Creating evaluations (tables of contents, parts lists, terminal and cable diagrams, and more)
• Introduction to standard-compliant circuit diagram documentation
