As EPLAN continues to focus on digital service offerings to ensure customers can use our services as best fits their needs, we are now offering training courses in the UK virtually!

How do we conduct the virtual training?

The virtual EPLAN training courses are delivered to a maximum of six participants per session by an expert EPLAN Technical consultant. This limit has been put in place to ensure we provide the same level of one-to-one dialogue we would do in a classroom environment. To give you the best experience, the virtual classroom EPLAN uses two software solutions:

Citrix Workspace App (Citrix Reciever)
WebEx Meetings

Once registered to the training courses, details on how to download the software, including videos and guides, will be issued to you to be sure you will get the most out of your training with us.

What equipment do participants need?

To get the most out of your virtual EPLAN training course, we have a number of recommendations:

Two screens - a laptop and monitor, or desktop with two screen is fine. We recommend having the training materials on one screen, and the EPLAN application on the other. If this is not possible, we recommend having the training materials on a tablet, and EPLAN on your desktop/laptop.
Headset with microphone - as we will be using a WebEx meeting environment please ensure that you have a headset with microphone (iphone headsets are fine) to plug into the computer, or failing that, the microphone and speakers on your computer.
